Honeywell has designed an HVAC control system specifically for buildings under 100,000 square foot. This system is called the Light Commercial Building Solution (LCBS), and it is used both residentially and commercially. The system is designed with the "universal language" of DDC called LonWorks.
Monitoring can be done onsite or remotely, depending on your preference. LCBS is designed with smaller operations in mind such as restaurants, hotels, retail outlets, schools and other businesses which operate in facilities with less than 100,000 square feet.
